All tickets will be responded to within 3 business days.
Step 1: Troubleshooting/Diagnosis
Select your model of LED grow light to open the appropriate troubleshooting/diagnosis PDF for your light. If you have a broken fan or lens/reflector defect, you may skip this step. If your issue is not addressed in the PDF, please send us an email with full description and picture of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Step 2: Warranty Claim Form
Incomplete submissions will not be responded to.
Multiple light submissions: If the lights were on the same order#, then 1 form may be submitted. Please include the additional ProductionIDs in the comments box. If the lights are on different order#s, submit a new form per order.
LED boards/Chips: all replacement LED boards/chips will have Hydro Grow's latest G4 spectrum. This may or may not match the spectrum of your existing light.
ALL LED/chips and power supplies must be returned to complete a warranty submission. Replacement parts will not be sent unless a tracking number is provided. Send defective parts to:
