The preferred method to purchase products on hydrogrowled.com is by using our interactive shopping cart with your credit card. Due to regulations set in place by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, we will only ship the merchandise to the billing address of the credit card used for purchase, even if a different shipping address is submitted. There are no exceptions to this policy. Other accepted payment methods include cashiers checks or money orders and western union. If paying via Western Union, please contact us for more details.
Purchases made through our site will show up on your credit card statement as follows: "HGL Technologies LLC".
Many times during online transactions the card-issuing bank will provide a credit card response that implies mismatched or unavailable information. In these instances the banks will process the funds for the transaction; however they require the merchant (Hydro Grow) to verify the identity of the card-holder prior to shipping the merchandise. If a response other than "AVS: Match (Y)" is given, ID verification will be required of the purchaser to ensure a fraud-free transaction. In the event the customer is unwilling to provide ID verification they will be refunded as per our order cancellation policy. These fraud prevention measures are in place to ensure privacy and protection to all of our customers.
When using Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, we will ship ONLY to the billing address. There are no exceptions to this rule.
The price of US shipping is included with all products sold on hydrogrowparts.com. All parts will be shipped via United States Postal Service and tracking number will be provided within 3 business days of purchase. Customer may request, via the Contact Us form, for other methods of shipping (additional fees may apply).
Shipments that are returned due to being provided an incorrect address by the customer are not eligible for a refund. The customer will be required to pay a second shipping fee to have the items delivered to any updated address from what is submitted with the original order.
Return Policy and Procedure
Your satisfaction is our goal; every product we sell is backed by the manufacturer's warranty. If a product you purchase fails to meet your needs, please review the information below and return it to us within 30 days of receipt, and we will be pleased to arrange a refund.
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website or in our Return policy, all new parts offered on hydrogrowparts.com come with a 30 day return policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied within 30 days placing the order, you can return the product for a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and must be shipped back with a tracking number and provided to HGL Technologies. Return merchandise must be in as-new condition and in its original packaging. HGL Technologies will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. If any part is missing, the customer will be charged additional feeds for those parts. Postage and handling charges will be paid by the customer. The refund will be processed via the same method used for payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
Hydrogrowparts.com reserves the right to refuse a refund for any reason.
Hydrogrowparts.com does not accept returns for LED grow lights purchased on www.HydroGrowLED.com. For LED grow lights returns, please contact Hydro Grow's sales line at 1.954.213.6763.
Order cancellations are only offered in the event that your item(s) has not yet shipped. If you have received an email updating you on your tracking number, cancellations will not be accepted. To initiate a cancellation, contact us via the Contact Us form. Please include your Order# in the comments box and a note that you'd like to cancel your order. Refunds will be processed via the same method used for payment within 7 business days of receiving the request. All canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Warranty and Procedure
All LED PCBs/chips and power supplies come with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. A warranty claim must be submitted to receive service. All defective parts must be shipped, paid by the customer with tracking number, back to us and replacement parts will be shipped within 3 business days. Replacement parts are shipped free of charge to the customer. Hydrogrowparts.com will not be responsible for any damages caused by mishandling during transportation.
Hydrogrowparts.com reserves the right to refuse warranty service for any reason.

Hydrogrowparts.com does not provide end-user technical support on any of the items that we sell. Instruction on installation may be found on the HOW-TO page, contents are subject to availability.
